AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College recognized outstanding student leaders in clubs, organizations, and departments at the college’s annual Student Leadership Awards luncheon held on May 3.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Dr. Cheryl Nosek, professor and chair of nursing at Daemen College, has been named the 2018 Nurse of Distinction in Education by The Buffalo News and the Professional Nurses Association of Western New York.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College Class of 2018 graduating students from diverse backgrounds were recognized at the college’s second annual ALHANA (African, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, Native American) Graduation Celebration held on May 2.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College has received a $350,000 grant from the John R. Oishei Foundation for the Institute for Government and Nonprofit Innovation, Training, and Evaluation (IGNITE), which is housed in Daemen’s historic Curtis Hall.
